Improving Quality.
What makes this special is, it comes from XL Future leaders as the matter, what CEO talk about it. The example is, if you have a meeting in MEC and then you are the speaker of presentation but you can’t attend this meeting, just because you have a class at the same time. Well, the usually is, we text them (MEC) you can’t attend that meeting because you have a class. Some of them will be disappointed, then you have to find solution about this. How about make a video presentation? Is that cool enough? Well, apply that as your solution. So, that is some of matter by CEO.
And the final section is We direct into practicing a debate. Well, this is what we waiting for, so all members have excited for this section but few members still don’t understand how the debate progress. From the fifth meeting, we already have it about debate progress, so from CEO repeat how to debate. Well, this debate have 2 issues, it’s about homework “Education” and then about cigarette. So, there is two side that one deal with the positive statement and the second deal with negative statement. So, the first speaker should make the statement about the main topic and then the other side prepare for to be next speaker with the different statement, the example is the first speaker makes statement about cigarette is not good for your body and people around you. And then the next speaker makes statement that cigarette have can make more people have a job from that’s company. In one side we have 3 teams that only have 2 persons. So, that last person is not making a statement but against the other side statement. So, that’s what we do, it was educated us to learn how about debate.
